There will be several possibilities for flute ensembles to offer a foyer performance** at the Convention in August 2008. Applications will be considered during January 2008 and invitations issued before the end of February 2008. Any conductor or administrator interested in such an opportunity should send the following material to ....

* Biography of the group and its conductor
* Past programmes + photograph
* Proposed programme for Convention Foyer Performance (15 - 25 minutes)
* An unedited CD or tape or electronic file by e mail
**Please note that this is not a Concert Hall presentation and will be held at lunchtimes in the foyer or studio 1. Groups need to be aware of the more informal situation with possible ambient noise. Normal convention entry rates apply.
